Here is my latest graphic work from Advertising Design, the second computer assisted design course I have taken at St. Norbert College. Taught by the almighty Professor Pirman, our class covered four major projects spanning a wide variety of techniques commonly used in the advertising industry. They include a personal stationary set (letterhead, mailing envelope, and business card), a brochure for prospective students looking at the art department at the Bush Art Center, a 3-dimensional product design (in my case, I created my own tea brand, packaging, labels, & graphics), and a tshirt and poster design for a band or musical artist (including a logotype to represent them). These tasks required a great deal of time to create satisfactory solutions, but in the end I can say I have learned a tremendous amount of information about design and how it is applied to the real world.
