For the first part of this year’s Spring Break, I spent my time at my friends’ houses going to LAN parties and eating really great food! It was wonderful to see everyone again and to experience the magic of St. Patty’s Day with my buddies. As many of you already know, Dai’s parents’ angel hair pasta recipe is delicious beyond all possible words!
